Food truck availability, menus, pricing, service minimums, event requirements, and final booking details may vary by truck, date, location, and event type.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation, submitting a request through the website does not guarantee that a food truck is booked. A booking is not confirmed until Food Truck Around or the participating food truck confirms the event details.

Some food trucks may be independently owned and operated. Food Truck Around may assist with communication, scheduling, coordination, promotion, or booking support, but independent food truck vendors are responsible for their own food preparation, licensing, insurance, staffing, menu items, pricing, sales, permits, and on-site operations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Some events, catering bookings, or private services may require a deposit, minimum guarantee, booking fee, service fee, or other payment terms.

Any payment terms, cancellation terms, minimums, or refund policies will be provided separately when applicable through a written quote, invoice, booking confirmation, agreement, or direct communication.

By providing your mobile phone number to Food Truck Around, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Food Truck Around.

Messages may include food truck schedules, event updates, community reminders, catering inquiries, booking updates, appointment reminders, customer support messages, and promotional messages.

Message frequency may vary. General schedule updates and promotional messages may be sent up to 8 times per month. Additional transactional messages may be sent when coordinating an active booking, catering request, event, or customer service issue.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Food Truck Around. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
